We've been using Upmann Heating & Cooling for 15+... years, and just this Sunday we had a furnace issue. I called it in, hoping to get on the schedule on Monday but Todd came out the same day within an hour of calling. 30 minute fix and we were back in business. This review is long overdue. They did the HVAC... work when we built. A couple times since then we've had questions, and today we found water on our floor under the furnace. Todd was out within minutes and fixed the problem. I've been recommending them ever since they originally did the work and I will continue to do so.read more

A long overdue review: We were reminded today... that we need to let the area know about the all-around wonderful experience we've with this business.After reading great google reviews, we called Upmann in Edmund, WI., to see about replacing our ancient oil furnace and to install central air. After leaving a message, they returned my call within 10 minutes and made an appointment for the next day to see the job. We received a bid within a week, and they scheduled our installation as soon as our units arrived. The entire crew may have been needed to remove our old furnace (which revealed a possibly dangerous large interior crack.) Our new gas furnace and new central air unit was installed in part of one day. They were the nicest crew of installers we've ever worked with. Each seemed to have their own specialty and worked together seamlessly, with precision and humor. They thoroughly enjoyed working with each other - which was a great pleasure to see. Every appointment made was on time and resolved quickly, and we would encourage anyone to call Upmann Heating & Cooling if you are looking for courteous, immediate, and above and beyond SERVICE with great products to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.read more

Installed new natural gas line (the city removed... the old one). They responded right away to our urgent call (caused by another company's failure to perform). They were prompt, courteous, professional, got the new line installed quickly, interacted with the gas company to get the proper approvals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UPMANN and you will only get glowing praises from me for their service! WONDERFUL company to work with! Landlord hired them to install a new furnace and... to replace our water heater. A lot of repair guys from other companies have left me waiting around all day for them to show up.
